Making Sense of the Senses

Class One have been finding out just how important their five senses are. In a practical (and mostly yummy) experiment, the children were able to distinguish between different tastes, smells, sounds, colours and textures. Some very interesting observations were expressed during the decision making! The children also discussed what it must be like to be unable to see or hear. With their peers to feed them and to waft items under their noses whilst blindfolded, Class One had a lively, creative but very productive Science session. Excellent detective work everyone!
